Standard Returns (Color/Sizing)

• Shoes must be unworn with no signs of use
• Original packaging required (shoe box in reasonable condition)
• Include all components: insoles, laces, dust bags, any included accessories
• Returns only—we don't offer exchanges to keep things simple and get you sorted faster
• Contact us to initiate—we'll send a prepaid return label
• Refunds process within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

• If you discover a defect in materials or construction after your return window, reach out, we’ll make it right
• Send us photos, a description of the issue, and your order details
• We'll assess and respond with next steps: repair, replacement, or refund
• This covers manufacturing defects—things like stitching separation, premature foam breakdown, sole delamination
• Normal wear from use isn't covered (these shoes are built for hundreds of rounds, but they're not indestructible)

• Damage from improper care or storage

How to Start a Return
