Shipping Details

• Free ground shipping on all orders
• Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend ship the following Monday
• 2-Day Shipping available on business days only. Allow 1-2 days for Order Processing. Saturday delivery not available.

Returns Details

We keep it simple.

• 90-day return window from delivery
• Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging
• Include all components (insoles, laces, dust bags, etc.)
• One free return per order
• No exchanges — refunds only
  

To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal. You will need your order number and shipping zip code to get started.

We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original form of payment.

If you experience an issue with craftsmanship or materials—even after the return window—reach out.

Send us a quick note with photos and your order details, and we’ll review and make it right.

This covers manufacturing defects like:

• Stitching separation
• Sole delamination
• Premature material breakdown

Normal wear and tear isn’t covered, but if something doesn’t feel right, let us know—we’ll always take a fair look.

A Few Notes

• We currently ship within the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
• Returns outside the 90-day window are not accepted unless related to a quality issue
• Items marked final sale are not eligible for return
